What you can expect from us

We welcome anyone from graduate level even if you have no professional experience. At this level, you will be enrolled in a 13 week trianing programme, tailored to your specific skillset. We will focus on skills that you already have and teach you how to adapt these skills successfully for our markets.

If you join us at an experienced level, you will benefit from continuous professional development and a monthly review to ensure you feel supported and know what you need to do in order to reach your personal goals.

You will also be eligible to attend a 5 day conference relevant to your market over in the United States (last years was in Vegas) which will be an opportunity to meet with your network.

Our culture

We recognise our consultants' hard work and like to reward in any way we can with Dream Team Lunches, European Lunch Clubs, quarterly holiday incentives and deal-wheel spins. We also make sure we do Thanksgiving, Summer and Christmas parties each year where we celebrate the continued success of the business.
