Laying the Foundations
Our story began in 2012, marking the start of our ERP journey. We entered the market with a strong focus on industry-leading platforms including Dynamics 365 AX, GP, NAV & CRM, the Dynamics Power Platform, and Salesforce. This foundational year was all about building expertise, forging early partnerships, and establishing the core values that still define us today.
Entering the NetSuite Market
2017 was a pivotal year for Capax RM. We identified an exciting opportunity in the NetSuite market and launched a dedicated team, led by our current Managing Director. Under their guidance, this division quickly became one of our most successful, working with over 60 partners more than 25 of which chose us as their exclusive or preferred provider. This expansion showcased our ability to adapt and thrive in new market segments.
Growth in Sage Intacct and Partner Networks
Building on our momentum, 2018 saw the launch of our Sage Intacct, X3, 100 & 300 desk. Our partner team grew substantially, collaborating with 30 partners and further solidifying our reputation for expertise and reliability in the ERP space. This period was marked by strategic relationships and a focus on delivering value to both partners and clients.
New Horizons in Dynamics 365 F&O and Accounting & Finance
Following the successes of previous years, 2019 was dedicated to exploring two high-potential growth markets: Dynamics 365 F&O and Accounting & Finance. We invested in talent and resources, ensuring our teams were equipped to deliver outstanding results in these new areas. This strategic focus allowed us to diversify our offerings and serve a wider range of client needs.
Expanding with Intacct, Acumatica, and Business Central
2020 marked another leap forward. Building on the success of our Intacct desk, we expanded our portfolio to include Acumatica and Dynamics 365 Business Central. This growth phase also saw us welcome several new consultants to the team, three of whom have since become managers. Their leadership continues to drive Capax RM’s progress.
