Anthony is a co-founder and partner of Capax Resource Management. He started out in recruitment over 18 years ago with Huxley Associates (S3 Group). In the course of his career, he has grown both permanent and contract teams from the ground up, making them some of the highest performing in their market. Anthony believes in relationship building and encouraging internal growth within a dynamic, evolving recruitment market.
Nicholas Beckett is a founding member of Capax Resource Management. For the last five years, he has been instrumental in the company’s success. Nick began his career at Huxley Associates and worked in recruitment for 15 years before joining Capax.
Sam joined us in 2017 as a new graduate after taking some time to travel. He started on the NetSuite team, where he grew an unparalleled network for NetSuite candidates and clients, becoming a true market expert. During this time, he developed relationships that continue to this day. He now oversees all processes across our markets.
With a background in education and five years of recruitment experience, Charlotte joined Capax Resource Management two years ago, originally to support the development of our consultants. The role has evolved, and she is now in charge of our entire Back Office department.
Since joining Capax RM in 2019, Tom has not stopped impressing us, his candidates, and his clients. Tom has built the Intacct and Acumatica teams from the ground up and now aims to do the same with new areas within the ERP space.
Harry joined Capax Resource Management over three years ago as a new graduate and has already progressed to supporting over 90 different clients. Ambitious and dedicated, he found his role in management and now heads up our Intacct team, supporting their ongoing success as high-performing consultants.
Jake joined us in 2021 as part of our graduate training program. With an impressive network, he is well known in the market for his incredible ability to support specialists. He now uses his invaluable specialist knowledge as leader of the NetSuite team.
George joined the business as a graduate in 2021 and has progressively grown in success and promotions and is now successfully running a team of consultants for our incredibly successful NetSuite team. He has a strong work ethic and is committed to doing the best he can for both the specialists he works with in the NetSuite space, epitomising the company’s values; always getting the job done, being a well-respected market expert, always putting people first.
