Position Summary:

We are partnering with a Microsoft Gold Partner specialising in both Business Central (BC) and Finance & Operations (F&O) solutions. As a Business Central Functional Consultant, you’ll deliver and lead BC implementations for multiple customers at once. This is a hands-on role focused on deep functional expertise—no project management experience required. You’ll work directly with clients, ensuring successful delivery and ongoing support.

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver Business Central implementations for a range of customers
  • Provide expert guidance and support to users post-implementation
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand and address their finance requirements
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality outcomes

 

Required Skills & Abilities:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience with D365 Business Central
  • Proven experience leading BC implementations and supporting users after go-live
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Hands-on approach and ability to manage multiple priorities

 

Education & Experience:
  • Experience with Microsoft GP or NAV is a strong advantage, as many projects involve migrations
  • BC Certifications are preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a plus
