$140,000–$200,000 base + ~20% bonus (DOE)

Position Summary:
Join a rapidly expanding NetSuite and EPM solutions provider as a Delivery / Practice Lead, focused on scaling the products side of their ERP practice across Manufacturing, Wholesale Distribution, Retail, and Supply Chain. This is a hands-on leadership role for an entrepreneurial, motivated professional who thrives on building teams, guiding complex NetSuite projects, and shaping a fast-growing practice with minimal bureaucracy.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of NetSuite engagements across Manufacturing, Retail, and Supply Chain
- Serve as the primary project leader with a strong client-facing presence
- Oversee project planning, execution, risk management, and delivery outcomes
- Ensure high-quality solution design across MFG, Supply Chain, and Inventory modules
- Support solution selling and pre-sales activities to drive new revenue
- Help shape go-to-market strategy for the Manufacturing/Retail vertical
- Partner with leadership to scale the NetSuite practice
- Build and lead a high-performing delivery team; assist with hiring and onboarding new team members
- Act as a “player-coach,” mentoring consultants while remaining billable
- Guide and support team members through project delivery and skills development
- Foster a high-performance, collaborative culture
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Extensive NetSuite implementation and delivery experience
- Deep expertise in Manufacturing, including core modules, production processes, inventory, and supply chain
- Demonstrated project leadership skills
- Hands-on, delivery-focused approach with a passion for building and scaling teams
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for growth and process improvement
- Excellent client communication and team leadership abilities
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
- Experience with NSAW/NSAR, Retail, Wholesale Distribution, or broader supply chain is a plus
- Located in Texas is ideal but not required
