Position Summary:Join a dynamic F&O customer as they move forward with their D365 Finance & Operations implementation. As a D365 F&O Business Analyst, you’ll work closely with both the implementation partner and internal teams, guiding the business through go-live and providing ongoing training and troubleshooting support.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Act as the main liaison between the business and implementation partner
- Oversee all user training and ensure smooth adoption post go-live
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues as they arise
- Support continuous improvement and enhancements within D365 F&O
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience with D365 Finance & Operations
- Strong understanding of core finance modules
- Experience with Power Platform is a plus
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
- Proven track record supporting D365 F&O implementations
