Position Summary:
Join a fast-growing supplements company as a NetSuite Administrator, where you’ll play a central role in optimising logistics and supply chain operations. This is a hands-on position with real ownership, focused on connecting and streamlining systems such as SPS Commerce, ShipHero, Shopify, and Amazon. You’ll work closely with leadership to automate processes, drive efficiency, and ensure customers receive products on time.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Own and optimise the NetSuite instance with minimal customisations, ensuring all integrations run smoothly
- Oversee integrations with SPS Commerce (EDI), Shopify, Amazon (via Supersync), and 3PL/WMS systems
- Support the COO with logistics, reordering, forecasting, and supply planning
- Drive process automation and ensure seamless order flow through NetSuite
- Train and mentor internal teams on best practices, user adoption, and system improvements
- Collaborate with external partners while building in-house expertise
- Scale logistics operations as the company grows, including lot tracking, expiration management, and case packs
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Strong background in logistics and supply chain; Lean Six Sigma or similar is a plus
- Proven NetSuite experience across finance and operations
- Hands-on experience with SPS Commerce EDI (must-have)
- Experience with Shopify and/or Amazon integrations
- WMS experience required
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, small company environment
- Ideally, experience in the supplements, CPG, or food & beverage industry
- Basic scripting skills are a plus but not essential
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
- Experience in high-growth, entrepreneurial environments highly valued
