Capax are looking for a Chief Delivery Officer to coordinate the delivery of consulting, development, and managed services across the customer lifecycle. The Chief Delivery Officer will be a member of a five person leadership team and will play a key role in helping to execute strategy.
WHAT THE CDO DOES
The CDO owns end-to-end delivery accountability across three functions and is the connective tissue between sales commitments and client outcomes. Key responsibilities:
- Owns the delivery P&L – margin, utilization, and capacity
- Executes expansion into new service lines (NSPB) and practice areas (RF Smart)
- Evolves implementation methodology
- Partners with the VP Sales to orchestrate the full customer lifecycle
- Champions AI-assisted delivery tooling across the delivery organization
- Along with the CEO, oversees a catalog of vertical-specific IP and Solutions
- Serves as executive escalation point for at-risk engagements
- Ability to support sales process for key customers

- Principal Solution Architect (1 person team)
Reports to: CEO
IDEAL CANDIDATE — REQUIRED
- 10+ years in delivery or professional services leadership
- Background in an ERP services environment
- Demonstrated P&L ownership in a delivery context
- Ability to manage technical teams – not do technical work
- Strong grasp of metrics and professional services business foundations
STRONGLY PREFERRED
- NetSuite delivery services experience
- Concurrently managed multiple service lines and practice areas
- M&A integration experience
