Position Summary:
Join a respected NetSuite Alliance Partner known for its “Service First” culture and commitment to genuine relationships. As a Senior Consultant, you will lead and support end-to-end NetSuite implementations and managed services for clients in Manufacturing, Wholesale Distribution, and Supply Chain. You’ll work in a thoughtful, people-focused environment that prioritises quality, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead and support full-cycle NetSuite implementations and managed services engagements with minimal oversight
- Collaborate with project managers, team leads, and developers to deliver high-quality solutions
- Work directly with clients to translate business needs into effective NetSuite solutions
- Act as a primary client-facing consultant, providing clear communication, advisory expertise, and proactive problem-solving
- Guide clients through go-live, post-go-live transitions, and ongoing optimisation
- Deliver user training, data migration, system configuration, and light customisations
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex business or system issues
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Background in finance or accounting, with strong knowledge of NetSuite accounting fundamentals preferred
- Experience supporting or leading NetSuite implementations for product-based companies
- Functional expertise in Work Orders, Assemblies, BOMs, WIP/Routing, and core manufacturing processes
- Experience with Advanced Revenue Management (ARM), AP/AR, and Cost Management is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to lead project components or full engagements, including post-go-live support
- Proficiency in user training, data migration, system configuration, and light customisations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
- Proven experience in NetSuite consulting, especially for Manufacturing, Wholesale Distribution, or Supply Chain
