Position Summary:
As a Senior Acumatica Consultant, you will lead ERP implementations and optimisations for manufacturing and construction clients. This role involves partnering closely with clients to design tailored solutions, improve operational workflows, and ensure the successful deployment of Acumatica across financial, project, and production environments.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle Acumatica implementations, including discovery, design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support
- Configure core modules such as Financials, Project Accounting, Manufacturing, Inventory, Order Management, and Field Service
- Analyse client business processes and recommend best-practice workflows for job costing, production management, scheduling, procurement, and field operations
- Build dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support manufacturing performance, job profitability, WIP tracking, and operational visibility
- Troubleshoot system issues, support integrations, and provide ongoing advisory and optimisation services
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication to ensure high-quality outcomes
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge sharing
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Strong expertise in Acumatica ERP, ideally with Manufacturing or Construction Edition experience
- Solid understanding of job costing, project accounting, production processes, inventory/warehouse workflows, and procurement
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client-facing skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced consulting environment
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred
- Acumatica certifications highly desirable
- 3–5+ years of ERP consulting or hands-on industry experience in manufacturing and/or construction
