Position Summary:
As a Senior NetSuite Administrator, you’ll play a critical role in the ongoing administration, development, and improvement of the company’s NetSuite ERP system. This is an ideal position for a self-directed professional with broad manufacturing and e-commerce experience. You will provide technical support, manage system enhancements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes and boost performance.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the NetSuite platform, including user accounts, security, and end-user support
- Design and implement customisations within NetSuite modules using SuiteScript, workflows, and other available tools
- Identify and implement process improvements, focusing on advanced manufacturing process flows
- Create reports, saved searches, and workbooks to deliver business insights and financial reporting
- Support and manage integrations with third-party applications
- Perform testing and document configurations and processes
- Collaborate with internal teams and act as a liaison with external NetSuite partners
- Stay current with NetSuite updates and manage system upgrades
Required Skills & Abilities:
- At least five years of NetSuite ERP administration or consulting experience
- Minimum of three years working in an advanced manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of scripting languages, ERP architecture, inventory management, and database structures
- Experience with SuiteScript
- Experience with multi-subsidiary, multi-currency, and multi-state sales tax is advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required
