A European-based Business Central Partner with ambitions to become a household name in the US by 2025. The company specialises in Business Central solutions and was looking to expand its presence across the Atlantic.
To achieve their US growth goals, the Partner needed to hire US-based BC Functional Consultants. However, with no established presence or candidate network in the US, sourcing the right talent proved to be a significant obstacle.
The Partner required consultants who could contribute from day one, particularly those with experience in GP or NAV as well as Business Central. Capax provided access to a network of over 600 BC Consultants, each with a proven track record across GP, NAV, and BC projects. This enabled the Partner to quickly onboard consultants capable of driving GP/NAV migrations and supporting their expansion strategy.
Since our collaboration began, three consultants have been successfully placed in the US operations. Each consultant has delivered the expertise and adaptability needed to advance migration projects and support the Partner’s growth objectives. Our partnership continues, with plans for further placements and ongoing support throughout 2026.
